Japan has one of the world's highest suicide rates, with around 30,000 cases recorded each year. The alarming phenomenon is often attributed to overwork, huge debts, and depression. But as Barnaby Lo reports from Japan's key cities,  the tide has begun to turn for the better, thanks to the efforts of some individuals and groups.
