Glass bangles are an important accessory for women in South Asia. But little is known about the grueling process behind creating them: a thankless job that exposes laborers to extreme temperatures and does not compensate them enough. In the Pakistani city of Hyderabad, the world's second largest glass bangle producer, Danial Khan met factory workers who could barely make their lives better.
